After your initial message, we will schedule a brief introductory call, usually 15 to 20 minutes, at no charge. This is a gentle, informal conversation to understand what you are looking for and to check that we are a good fit. From there, we will discuss timing, format, and all the practical details together.

Both are available. In-person sessions are held at our Palampur practice and are deeply valued for the sense of presence they bring. Online sessions are conducted via a secure video platform and work beautifully for those outside Himachal Pradesh or those who prefer the comfort of their own space. Many clients move between the two formats depending on their week.

There is no requirement. You could simply say you would like to explore therapy. If it feels comfortable, sharing a little about what is weighing on you, whether it is anxiety, a relationship concern, a life transition, or something you cannot quite name yet, helps us prepare for a more meaningful first conversation.
